** RSVP Deadline: January 16th, 2026 **
We're so excited you are joining us in!
Here is everything you need to know about getting to Aruba for our wedding weekend..
Fly Into:
Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA)
Located in Oranjestad, Aruba, about 20 minutes from the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino
We prefer to fly American Airlines but you're welcome to book with any airline you like - whatever works best for you!
Getting to the Hotel:
Taxi:
- Easy to grab at the airport. Rates are fixed (no meters) and based on destination. According to sources online, you can expect to pay around $30 to Palm Beach
Private Shuttle/Car services:
- Private transportation services are available to pre-book if you want to skip taxi lines or waiting around- your driver will meet you directly at the airport!
- We used Viator.com to book travel to and from the airport and had a wonderful experience!
- Just search Aruba Airport and Hotel Transfer on the Viator website for a list of options you can choose from
Here is a link to the website if you need it:

1. Passport: required for all U.S. Citizens (must be valid for the duration of your stay)
2. Aruba ED- card (Embarkation-Disembarkation Card):
- is required for anyone entering the island of Aruba, including infants and children. This online form must be completed and approved prior to your journey to Aruba
- You can complete the form online and only takes a few minutes. Travelers are allowed to apply for the ED card up to 7 days before their trip
- Once your ED card application is approved, it is a smooth ride into Aruba - make sure you save a digital copy just in case it is requested on arrival

If you have any questions about what the ED Card is and why it is required you can check out Aruba's website link below!

Global Entry:
- Global Entry allows pre-approved travelers to skip the long customs lines when re-entering the U.S
- Aruba's airport has U.S. pre-clearance, which means you go through U.S. customs BEFORE you leave Aruba, not when you land back in the States
So if you have Global Entry...
1. You skip the long customs line
2. Use a dedicated kiosk instead on waiting to speak to a customs agent
3. When you land in the U.S., it's treated like a domestic arrival- no customs line!
How to get global entry...
You must apply online, pass a background check, and complete an interview (usually at the airport). The cost is $100 for 5 years, and many credit card companies will reimburse the fee!
BONUS... It includes TSA PreCheck!!

TSA PreCheck:
- allows you to move through U.S. airport security faster
- Keep your shoes on & skip the long lines!
It's easy to apply online and definitely worth it if you travel even once or twice a year!
